We strive for transparency, flexibility, and access. We accept multiple insurance plans and will confirm benefits before your appointment.

We are proud to be an Open Access provider for our patients. What is Open Access? Every patient can experience the highest level of care regardless of insurance coverage. We can assist you with filing claims and you can be reimbursed directly by your insurance company.

  • You can schedule appointments online for most services. Click here to go to our scheduling page for available time slots. You can also contact us anytime via text, email, or phone.

  • Please bring your glasses, sunglasses, sports eyewear, and contact lenses. Please also bring a list of all medications and supplements you are currently taking, insurance card, and driver’s license. Most importantly, bring your fabulous self - we look forward to seeing you!

  • We accept most major insurance plans. Please contact us to find out about your specific plan and benefits. We are an “open access” provider for other vision and medical insurance plans.

  • Yes, you can definitely use FSA and HSA funds!

  • As an open access provider, we can give you the highest level of service and flexibility. We will provide you with all the documents needed for reimbursement directly from your insurance company.
